2024

This mural was commissioned by the Ulrich Museum for the Wichita State University campus,

seeking continuity with the mural “The Original Dream,” created in the grand elevator in 2018 as part of the “Horizontes Project - Moving Forward Together.”

This project aims to highlight the importance of the university’s Latin American and Hispanic heritage, using color to express the beauty of our Latinidad, the celebration of life, our culture, and the humanity that resides within us.

This mural represents a dream, a small seed planted deep within us that grows. It is a dream that blossoms through the collective planting of each of us, and we flourish together to continue creating a future.
