Floral Childhood
This mural was created within the framework of the Latidos Biennial: Graffiti and urban art with the Extramural project at the Hector Abad Gomez School, a space designed from an intercultural pedagogical perspective.
The school welcomes many children from the Embera indigenous communities, Venezuelan migrants, and street children, based on the concept that the earth is everyone's home. It fosters a space where everyone's origins and culture is embraced and accepted.
I created this mural as a tribute to every child who inhabits, dreams, plays, and lives in this space. This is a childhood of fire, illuminating the play of life.
"Diversity is our wealth; we come from many paths, but we dream together."
